I have been trying to rent out my warehouse for close to 8 years and there were too many people who came and see the place, but I never had any luck with them. After renovating the place according to your recommendation, and moved in on the date and time that you recommended. To my surprised i actually had a potential tenant who came to visit the place on the same date that i moved in to my newly renovated warehouse.
