$250 / Person -- Online video or local in-person meeting, with a written report.
$150 / Person -- Online video or local in-person meeting, no written report.
Notes:
1. OK, to record the online video meeting.
2. OK, to ask questions during the meeting (Qi Men/Da Liu Ren will be used to answer specific questions).
3. Includes life history tracing. The questions will be sent via text/chat. For privacy/confidentiality, all correspondence will be erased after the reading.
4. The online video/in-person meeting is approx. 90-120 minutes.
Complete Feng Shui Analysis/Design
The cost starts at $900 per property (up to 100 m² or 1070ft²) for two occupants/owners.
The final cost will be calculated based on the property's living/active square footage (excluding bathrooms, large storage areas, and underground basements), and a proposal will be sent. A written agreement secures all Feng Shui analysis and design projects.
We will provide a quote for the project based on the estimated work hours for properties exceeding 300 m² (3,200 ft²) or large-scale projects.
BaZi reading is included, but no written report is provided (delivered verbally).
A blueprint or land square footage estimation is required for a price quote.
Local Express/On-site Feng Shui Consultation
$900 / Property / up to 6-hour visit (excludes mileage/travel expenses).
No written report.
No complete digital documentation, therefore no future annual/monthly assessments.
All suggestions are delivered verbally, and calculations will be done in situ.
BaZi reading is included, but no written report is provided (delivered verbally).
